Pricing Policy

SECTION A: GENERAL TERMS

This Pricing Policy applies to your purchase of the Shapely service ("Service"). Please note that to process the payment we use third-party services (i.e. payment processors). Such services enable the transaction initiated by you and notify us of its completion. We do not store or collect your payment details ourselves. This information is provided directly to our third-party payment processors.

The billing method, refund rights, and specific terms depend on the platform through which you made your purchase:

  • Direct/Web Purchase: Purchases made directly via our website (www.shapely.coach).
  • In-App Purchase: Purchases made via the Apple App Store on an iOS device.

By using the Service on any computer, mobile phone, tablet, or another device (collectively the “Device”), you as a user of the Service confirm that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by this Pricing Policy.

Price Changes

  • Web We will notify you regarding price changes via email, and, by accepting this Pricing Policy, you provide us your specific consent to be informed by email.
  • App Store: Price changes will be communicated and processed according to Apple’s notification procedures (you may be asked to agree to a new price before your subscription renews).

Payment Failures

If payment processors are unable to successfully charge your payment method, we reserve the right to revoke access to the paid Content immediately.

SECTION B: APPLE APP STORE PURCHASES

(Applies only if you subscribed via the Shapely iOS App)

Payment Processing (App Store)

If you purchase a subscription or content within the iOS App ("In-App Purchase"), the transaction is processed directly by Apple.

  • The purchase is subject to Apple’s applicable Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
  • Shapely does not have access to your billing details (e.g., credit card numbers) for these transactions.

Pricing & Taxes (App Store)

The price displayed in the App Store includes applicable local taxes (such as VAT or GST) as determined by Apple. Prices may vary by region/country in accordance with Apple’s pricing matrix.

Cancellations (App Store)

  • To cancel a subscription purchased via the App Store, you must go to your iPhone Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions.
  • Important: We cannot cancel your App Store subscription for you. You must do this through your Apple ID settings at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid being charged.

Refunds (App Store)

  • We cannot issue refunds for App Store purchases. Apple acts as the Merchant of Record for these transactions.
  • All refund requests for In-App Purchases must be submitted directly to Apple. You can request a refund by visiting reportaproblem.apple.com.
  • Refunds are granted solely at Apple’s discretion and are subject to Apple’s Media Services Terms and Conditions.

Right of Withdrawal (EU App Store Users)

For customers in the European Union purchasing via the App Store, your right of withdrawal is governed by Apple’s policies. Typically, Apple obtains your acknowledgment to waive the 14-day withdrawal right at the moment of download/purchase to allow immediate access to content. This, however, does not exclude you from claiming refund as per our Refund Policy

SECTION C: DIRECT WEBSITE PURCHASES (VIA PADDLE)

(Applies only if you subscribed directly at www.shapely.coach)

Payment Methods (Web)

Through the Website, you may purchase access to paid Content using payment methods processed by our Merchant of Record (e.g., Paddle). Through the Website, you may purchase access to the paid Content (as defined in the Terms of Use) of the Service (“Purchase”) using any of the following payment methods:

  • Bank Card: you can make a Purchase simply and securely using your bank card, e.g. Mastercard or Visa at link. Your bank card information will be encrypted at the point of transaction. Not all bank cards may be acceptable for purchase.
  • PayPal: you can make a Purchase simply and securely via our Website, opting for the PayPal payment method during checkout.
  • Apple Pay: you can make a Purchase simply and securely via our Website, opting for the Apple Pay payment method during checkout.

Billing & Cancellations (Web)

  • Billing: You authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge your chosen payment method for the total amount indicated at checkout. You will be granted access to the Content immediately after your transaction (either one-time payment or subscription payment) is successfully validated by our servers.
  • Cancellations: You may cancel your web subscription at any time via your account settings on the Website. Cancellation will stop future billing, but access will remain until the end of the current billing cycle.

Pricing (Web)

The detailed actual information regarding the cost of the Purchase (in particular but not limited to, subscription option, currency and amount of final price including the VAT, promotional plans or upsells etc.) will be displayed transparently at checkout before you complete your Purchase.

We may update subscription plans and prices from time to time. This document is provided for general informational purposes, while the most current and binding prices are always available at checkout.

Refunds (Web)

You agree that the Purchase is final, that we will not refund any transaction once it has been made, and that the Purchase cannot be canceled. Notwithstanding the foregoing, you may be eligible to receive a refund as defined by the Refund Policy. Refunds for Web purchases are governed by our internal Refund Policy. Right of Withdrawal (Web, EU Users ONLY)

If you live in the European Union, you have certain rights to withdraw from distance purchases. However, by clicking "Pay" or "Subscribe" on our website, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the agreement and acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the digital content is delivered. This, however, does not exclude you from claiming refund as per our Refund Policy.
